In a large skillet or wok over medium heat cook turkey, onions, garlic, and ginger, stirring constantly to break up meat, until meat is no longer pink. Add turkey stock, soya sauce, ketchup, hot pepper flakes and beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add peppers and cook just until heated through. Serve in bowls. Serves 4.
